This law (effective 1 Mar. 2002) modifies the Act of 17.6.1994 concerning occupational health services (CIS 98-1053), the Act of 20.5.1988 concerning the protection of workers against chemical, physical and biological agents (CIS 92-1404) and the Act of 24.5.1989 on labour contracts. The nature of occupational health services within the enterprise is re-defined, and a multi-sectoral occupational health service is created at the national level.
