| Resumen |
Decree No.88-1056 of 14 November 1988 (published in the Journal officiel of 24 November 1988), circular letter DRT 89-2 of 6 February 1989 issued in application of decree, and French Government orders of 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21 December 1988 and 17 January 1989 (published in the Journal officiel of 30 December 1988, 1 and 2 February 1989). Decree No.88-1056 and the comments in the circular letter apply to the following points: scope, definitions, general conditions which must be fulfilled in plants, protection of workers against the risk of contact with live conductors or conducting parts that are normally live (direct contact) and against the risk of contact with parts electrically charged by accident (indirect contact), prevention of burns, fires and explosions caused by electricity; use, monitoring, maintenance and checking of electrical plant. The texts of the various Government orders are given. |
