| Resumen |
After a review of the accident situation in the Fed. Rep. of Germany, the main safety rules and regulations are referred to and commercially available safety equipment for work on low and high voltage installations described: insulating covers designed to prevent reclosing the circuit; earthing and short-circuiting device with built-in voltage detector; guy-rope system for poles; connecting bars with built-in fuses; protective equipment for fuse replacement; fuse handles and insulated contacts; insulating blankets and covers; cable stripping devices; voltage detectors; protective clothing; insulated tools. Recommendations for work procedure and use of equipment. List of West German distributors. |
