| Resumen |
The usefulness of methyl bromide, hydrogen cyanide and carbon tetrachloride for in-plant checking of the filter cartridges of respiratory protection equipment against organophosphorus insecticides was tested. The sensitivity of the organism Tenebrio molitor to the filtered air was used as criterion. Only methyl bromide satisfied the requirements for testing the efficacity of filter cartridges against dimethoate, chlorophos, dichlorvos, Birlane, Sapecron and Lebaycid (fenthion). |
