| Resumen |
Considerations on the effects of electric current passing through the human body and the resistance offered by the latter. Influence of current frequency; the authors believe that studies carried out up to the present have not yet made this influence quite clear as regards electrical safety. They emphasise the necessity for further research into the phenomenon of electric shock by direct current and alternating current above 100Hz frequency, and consider that Publication 479 of the International Electrotechnical Commission (CIS 75-30) is only a first step towards prevention of the hazard of electric shock. |
