| Resumen |
Examples of safety devices for different presses in a motor car bodywork plant are given, meeting the requirements of new German safety regulations governing presses: cut-out rails, interlocked guards, curtain-of-light guards. Automatic feed devices and periodic inspection of the proper operation of presses and safety devices, to supplement other safety measures, are discussed. |
