Título A fuzzy analytic network process (ANP) model to identify faulty behavior risk (FBR) in work system

Resumen Work system safety is a function of many factors, besides being dynamic and complex. There may be relations and dependencies among the safety factors. Therefore, work system safety should be analyzed in a holistic manner. In this study, an attempt was made to determine the faulty behaviour risks (FBRs) which are significant in work system safety through an analytical network process (ANP), an extension of the analytical hierarchy process which allows the analysis of complex systems. Besides, there are many difficulties and limitations in measuring the faulty behaviour factors. For this reason, the weights of factors and sub-factors necessary to calculate the FBR were determined by using fuzzy ANP, making it possible to improve decision-making processes.
