| Abstract |
This Law (effective: 1 Jan. 2001) defines the concept of "workplace with ionizing radiation", as well as different categories of workers working with sources of radiation. It fixes the basic health conditions and professional qualifications required of such workers. It also provides for the duties of employers and the role of government bodies concerning places with natural ionizing radiation. |
