Abstract Manual handling of newspaper and magazine bundles can cause strains or serious injuries over time. This guidance is intended for persons involved in the production, distribution and sale of newspapers and magazines. It contains practical advice on compliance with the 1992 Manual Handling Regulations (see CIS 93-36) of the United Kingdom, in particular with respect to assessing the risks to employees.
