||It is argued that there are several key issues that impact on or are impacted by conflict, namely stress, bullying and workplace violence. As such, conflict is a workplace hazard that can dramatically affect employee safety and health. It is argued that a piecemeal approach to workplace conflict fails to account for its systemic nature, leaving conflict unresolved.
