||This report is a translation of a report finalized in April 1996. Main conclusions: propanol is absorbed via the skin, gastrointestinal and respiratory tracts; it has a slight acute toxicity; in man, lethal intoxication has been observed after oral intake of 100-350mL; lower oral doses cause dizziness, narcosis, nausea and reduced performance; allergic reactions have been observed in isolated cases.
