Abstract This revised guide (see CIS 95-1843 for previous edition) presents the text of the Offshore Installations (Prevention of Fire and Explosion, and Emergency Response) Regulations 1995 (see CIS 95-813), along with a revised Approved Code of Practice and additional guidance. The main changes in the Code relate to factors to be considered when selecting a vessel to provide the recovery and rescue arrangements required by Regulation 17.
