Abstract Data sheet. Synonym (trade name): Cellosolve. May enter the body when breathed in and through the skin. It is a teratogen and should be handled with extreme caution. It may damage the testes, resulting in decreased fertility. May irritate the eyes, skin and respiratory tract. May cause anaemia, affect the central nervous system and damage the kidneys.
