| Abstract |
This regulation was adopted on 25 November 1993 and is an adaptation of EEC Directive 90/394/EEC (CIS 90-1758). It applies to all work with carcinogenic substances. The employer has to keep a register of exposed workers, carcinogenic substances, descriptions of work and levels of exposure. Recommendations for compliance with the regulation are appended. |
