| Abstract |
Implementation into Greek legislation of Directives 93/44/EEC (CIS 93-1435) relating to machinery and 93/68/EEC (CIS 94-751) on the EC mark of conformity. A number of modifications are introduced into Greek legislation (Decree 377/1993, see CIS 96-1208) on machinery concerning equipment designed for the transportation of persons, underground work, the safety training of workers and safety checks. In addition, the conditions under which the CE mark can be applied are defined. |
