| Abstract |
This circular applies to workers who handle, in their normal work, food and food products of animal origin (meat, seafood, milk, eggs etc.). Such workers must observe very high standards of personal hygiene and must wear very clean clothing. In addition, they must possess a medical certificate stating either that there is no health reason to prevent them from working in such establishments or that they do not have certain diseases, and are not carriers of certain microorganisms or parasites. |
