Abstract Since the field of reproductive toxicology was firmly established a generation ago, various approaches have been used to study toxicologic effects. This report details the reproductive effects that have been observed in a number of population-based studies, case-control studies, standardized fertility ratio studies, cohort studies, and clinical studies.
