| Abstract |
This report presents the findings of a Health and Safety Executive Working Group established to define the standards of competence required of those who instruct and assess First Aid at Work courses. National generic standards for instructors and assessors are described and additional units of competence appropriate to the training of First Aid at Work instructors and assessors are identified. Details of these units are provided along with performance criteria and guidance on implementation of training programmes. |
