| Abstract |
The services offered by CHEMTREC (Chemical Transportation Emergency Center) are described. CHEMTREC is a public service established by the US Chemical Manufacturers Association (CMA). Resources available through the centre include an emergency response mutual-aid network, a medical emergency assistance network, a nonemergency information service and emergency response training. A reference library of material safety data sheets and other resources is maintained. Details on how to contact CHEMTREC are provided. |
