| Abstract |
French regulations relating to plants where PCBs are used are presented on a ministry by ministry basis, together with a table of applicable provisions and reference texts. A questionnaire survey classifies transformer units according to the type of alterations required. A table gives an idea of the cost of a number of measures to help company managers estimate costs. |
