| Abstract |
After a review of the contents of Article L.620-6 of the French Labour Code, as it relates to checks and tests to be carried out at the employer's expense, the author provides a table showing the major mandatory operations required and how frequently they must be carried out. Measures covering pressure vessels and equipment, establishments to which the general public has access, and technical measures covered by standards are not included. |
