| Abstract |
Statistics for the whole of the French National Electricity Board, and for the following work sectors: energy distribution, hydroelectric power generation, thermal power generation, power transmission, equipment, research, other services. Principal data: overall data, fatal and non-fatal accidents at work and during commuting, frequency and severity of accidents. Data for 1982: fatal accidents at work: 10 (12 in 1981); accidents resulting in an absence of more than 1 day: 3261 out of a total number of 139,301 employees (3251 out of 130,086 in 1981); incidence rate: 15.40/million hours of work (15.83 in 1981); commuting accidents: 6 fatal (4 in 1981); non-fatal: 644 (645 in 1981). Analysis by causal agent, nature of work, factors favouring accidents, accident type, location and nature of injury, occupational class. |
