| Abstract |
These rules summarise good practice (including legal prescriptions) in diving as an activity in the energy sector. Topics covered are: size of teams, selection and training of personnel, classification of divers, equipment, support personnel and equipment, safety requirements, medical support. Annexes inserted in text: physical and medical tests for divers, equipment selection as a function of depth, ascent rate as a function of working depth, major jobs performed by divers at hydroelectric stations. |
