Title Cytogenetic investigation of occupational exposure to epichlorohydrin.

Abstract Peripheral lymphocytes from 93 workers exposed to epichlorohydrin showed an increase in aberration rates compared with a control group. There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of chromatid breaks, severly damaged cells, and total abnormal cells.
