Title Health effects of long-term exposure to sodium sulfate dust.

Abstract Medical studies, including lung function and blood and urine analysis, were undertaken in 119 workers at 5 sodium sulfate surface solution mines. Exposures were up to 31 years. All findings were in the normal range. There was no significant difference between 42 and 77 workers with more and less than 10 years' exposure respectively.
