| Abstract |
After a short report of practical experience the incidence and degree of atmospheric overvoltage and the resistance of low-voltage installations to voltage surges are described. In order to use fault-current circuit-breakers even when it is imperative to avoid switching-off areas of the installations, it is suggested that circuit-breakers with a slightly delayed response be used. Description of systems operated by a capacitor discharge. |
