Bibliographic information Aug. 1975, Vol.32, No.3, p.203-209. 22 ref.
Abstract Study of a total of 1,787 dyestuffs industry workers exposed to benzidine, α- and β-naphthylamine, and other aromatic amines. 100 cases of bladder cancer reported between 1949 and 1970 are broken down in charts and tables by age, year of first diagnosis, year of first exposure, causative agent, site of tumour, and duration of latent period. Prohibition of the production and use of carcinogenic aromatic amines seems to have reduced the incidence of bladder cancer since 1969.
