Title Prevention should not be associated to the word "expense"

Abstract In Spain 60% of the accidents occur in enterprises with less than 50 employees. SMEs account for 98% of the companies and employ almost 80% of workers, hence the importance of setting-up an occupational safety and health (OSH) system within SMEs. OSH always implies a profit because it reduces the risk that employees suffer from occupational accidents. Since this does not suppose a loss of money, the term of "expenditure" should not be associated to OSH.
