| Abstract |
In November 2006, the ILO Governing body agreed to develop a broad strategy for the modernization and reinvigoration of labour inspection. This strategy was to include a number of proposals for strengthening labour inspectorates through better organization, training, capacity-building and other measures. This booklet contains copies of the paper that was discussed at the time by the relevant Governing Body Committee, together with the report of that discussion. |
