Title Significant human risk factors in aircraft maintenance technicians

Abstract This study examined significant human risk factors among aircraft maintenance technicians in Taiwan. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire from 20 technicians having more than 15 years of supervisory experience. The study identified 46 possible risk factors, of which nine were found to be critical. This list will help airlines to improve their risk management and maintenance operations.
