Bibliographic information May 2008, Vol.58, No.5, p.282-284. 15 ref.
Abstract The aim of this study was to draw conclusions based on the characteristics, diagnosis and outcome of five patients with occupational contact dermatitis due to essential oils who attended outpatient dermatology clinics in Israel over a 2-year period, together with 11 cases reported in the literature. It is concluded that patch tests with the standard series and the fragrance series should be performed, in addition to tests with the specific oils to which the patients are exposed.
