A first part of this booklet reproduces the relevant articles of legislation and regulations pertaining to the responsibilities of employers to protect the health of workers at work, and in particular to provide training to users of pesticides. It then presents training modules tailored to specific sectors where pesticides are used in non-agricultural settings (wood preservation, public health, biocides for surface treatment, antifouling paints, fumigation and food storage). |
