Bibliographic information 4th quarter 2008, Vol.21, No.4, p.331-344. 43 ref.
Abstract The objective of this study was to evaluate the validity and reliability of the 22-item and 45-item Thai versions of the job content questionnaire (TJCQ). The study encompassed 10,450 employees in Songkhla province, Thailand. Internal consistency was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Factor validation was tested using both exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Both 22-item and 45-item versions demonstrated acceptable internal consistency in nearly all scales. The study provided evidence for the reliability and validity of the TJCQ among Thai employees.
