Abstract The "Better Factories Cambodia" programme of the ILO aims to improve working conditions in Cambodia's export garment factories through independent monitoring, advice, training and information. This study consisted of a survey in the garment industry designed to explore women workers' and managers' knowledge, attitudes and practices around a number of issues including health and nutrition, breastfeeding and child care, harassment including sexual harassment, workplace relations and dispute resolution.
