Abstract |
In two thirds of the compensation systems surveyed, commuting accidents are included in the scope of workers' compensation insurance. This publication on the compensation of commuting accidents compares the systems of several countries. It discusses the differences between national and private coverage schemes and examines alternative means of financing the cost of commuting accidents, including by statutory health and pension insurance, motor liability insurance or private personal accident insurance. |
