Abstract This two-volume set provides the text of the 23 Articles of the Agreement and the updated Regulations adopted for implementation as from 1 January 2005. The Regulations cover: general provisions; classification of dangerous substances and test methods; dangerous goods lists; the use of packagings, tanks and bulk transport units; consignment procedures; construction and testing of packagings; loading and unloading; provisions for vessel crews and equipment; and rules for construction of vessels. Replaces the previous edition (CIS 03-1019).
