||This fact sheet summarizes a report of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work on the consequences of stress at work for the health of employees and their organizations (see CIS 01-295). The causes of work-related stress are identified and a problem-solving approach is proposed to prevent and manage work-related stress. Research priorities in this field are also highlighted.
