Abstract Contents of these statistics on fatal injuries in the agricultural sector (comprised of agriculture, horticulture, forestry and associated industries) in the United Kingdom: summary of fatal injuries having occurred in the agricultural sector from April 2003 to March 2004; summary of reportable fatal injuries in the agricultural sector for the ten year period from 1993-1994 to 2002-2003; summary of non-fatal injuries in the agricultural sector for the ten year period 1993-1994 to 2002-2003; estimated number of accidents having occurred within the agricultural sector during 2003-2004, and their costs; case studies describing some of the key causes of fatal and major accidents in the agricultural sector.
