||This training manual aimed at workers presents simple stretching exercises for the prevention of back pain at worksites. For each exercise, it includes detailed explanations and drawings. The following exercises are proposed: strengthening of waist and abdominal muscles; relaxing of waist muscles; simultaneous strengthening of waist, abdomen, hip and leg muscles; exercises for persons with scoliosis; correct posture therapy; proper stretching exercises to ease back pain and types of stretching exercises which should be avoided.
