||Second version of the protocol for liaison between enforcing and prosecuting authorities in relation to work-related deaths (see CIS 98-1226 for previous version). It sets out the principles for effective liaison between the parties and deals in particular with incidents where, following a death, evidence indicates that a serous criminal offence may have been committed.
