Abstract Wheat flour contains numerous allergens, and bakers' asthma remains the most common occupational asthma in France. In this occupation, one also encounters cases of allergic rhinitis and rhinoconjunctivitis. Contents of this article on bakers' allergic respiratory diseases: physiopathology; incidence and frequency; diagnosis in occupational settings; confirmation of diagnosis in specialized establishments; evolution; prevention; compensation.
