| Abstract |
These Regulations, coming into force on 2 July 2001, were adopted under the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (see CIS 96-1931). They prescribe the knowledge and practical skills that approved handlers, enforcement officers and test certifiers must have. |
