Abstract According to the provisions of the law on the prevention of occupational hazards (see CIS 95-1921) and the regulations on occupational safety and health services, enterprises are required to implement various occupational safety and health activities, to define procedures and to compile the corresponding documentation. This information note describes the procedures that need to be put in place for the information and induction training of workers with respect to the prevention of occupational safety and health hazards related to their workplaces, as well for their further training. An appendix presents an example of a certificate awarded by the enterprise to employees upon completion of their occupational safety and health information and induction training.
