Abstract
This handbook is aimed primarily at site supervisors for labour-based and community-managed infrastructure works for urban low-income settlements. The handbook might also be useful for planners and contractors when dealing with site planning and supervision. It provides practical tables, guidelines and recommendations in a concentrated format for use on site.
