All about Safety Committees

Since the Rana Plaza collapse the ILO with the support of Canada, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom has supported the Government of Bangladesh to improve workplace safety in the garment sector. As part of this work efforts have been made to build awareness of the role of Safety Committees. This video produced by the labour inspectorate with ILO support explains what Safety Committees do and how they can benefit workers and employers alike.
