The proposed workshop aims to provide a tripartite forum for discussing Sri Lanka’s first National OSH Programme and will support tripartite participants to analyse and discuss the current OSH situation in Sri Lanka and identify priority areas for national action in OSH. The outcome of the tripartite discussion will provide a solid foundation for drafting and the adoption of a National OSH Programme for Sri Lanka which will contribute towards further strengthening the existing national OSH systems and programmes. The workshop will bring together key policy makers of relevant government institutions, private sector and workers organizations.
