Labour relations
The project will:
- provide trainings on International and EU labour standards and best practices on labour relations and make available supporting and guidance materials
- support the drafting and advocacy of the legal acts aimed at transforming undeclared work (UDW) into declared work, concerning, in particular:
- determination of the existence of an employment relationship and its legal presumption
- regulation of the obligation of employer to inform employees about the conditions applicable to the labour contract or employment relationship
- regulation of the obligation of employer to ensure transparent and predictable working conditions
- part-time
- telework
