New Belgian ratifications of ILO Conventions

The ILO-Brussels office welcomes the renewed ratification efforts by Belgium on up-to-date ILO Conventions, following a prolonged period of inactivity. Employers and workers in the Belgian National Labour Council insisted on the importance of ratifications as federal and regional laws and practices are in conformity with the ILO instruments and as Belgian constituents contribute actively to the ILO standard setting and application activities.
