Syrian and Jordanian women find sweet success in training and employment project in Jordan

As part of efforts to boost the labour force participation of Syrian and Jordanian women, the ILO is implementing training and employment initiatives in the sweets-making industry. Some women have already found employment in local sweets shops, while others have set-up their own home-based businesses.
