  8. Upgrading Apprenticeships: route to Decent Work in Jordan

    The ILO project ''Tripartite Action for Youth Employment in Jordan'' works with the government as well as workers' and employers' representatives to tackle youth employment issues in the country. One of the project's components is the upgrading of apprenticeships, which aims at improving practices in the informal sector. The video examines some of the elements of upgrading apprenticeship systems through the piloting of the programme in the auto repair sector.
